We will do our best to provide a caregiver or team of caregivers for you as soon as you need them. We have one of our staff on duty to answer the phone 24/7 and will work as quickly as we can to arrange in home care.
Yes. Many families hire us to check on their loved ones living in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. We are considered essential workers and so, have the ability to enter facilities to make sure that our clients are getting quality care. We keep families informed and can provide companionship to clients in the event that their families live in a different location or live locally but have to go out of town for an extended period of time. Our caregivers can run errands for clients as well.
If you are concerned about a loved one living in northern Kentucky (or Cincinnati) please call us today to schedule a senior wellness check. A senior wellness check is a periodic face to face visit with a senior in their home. Our care managers can arrange one or more visits to a senior to check in and make sure that are healthy and have what they need to maintain their independence. We can report back to their family after each visit and help to arrange for assistance as we see any need arise.
No. Our services include non-medical care, but we can help arrange for nursing care. Our owner, Sue Henderson, is a former registered nurse with years of experience. Sue has a great working relationship with local health professionals. Many of our caregivers are CNAs or CNAs in training. As far as medications go, we do not dispense medication, but we can provide medication reminders.
