I am a 27-year-old mother to a 5-year-old boy and 6-year-old-girl and am from Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently, I am in school studying to be a medical assistant at Beckfield College. I will be graduating around this time next year. I’m a bright, passionate, unique, loving person. What I enjoy most about caregiving is that I’m able to provide and do what I am naturally good at which is being nurturing and comforting. When I go to care for clients I don’t look at it as a “job”. It’s my passion, and warms my heart to help where I’m needed, all while being in the comfort of my clients’ homes.
Joining a rewarding team with Connecting Hearts has been an awesome experience. Helping and caring for others is something I enjoy with a passion. Being able to share my abilities and gain recognition is an exciting experience and wouldn’t trade this opportunity. Thank you, Connecting Hearts!!
I have been a caregiver for 2 years now and I absolutely love it! Some things come naturally and for me—caring for others is one of those things. From meeting loving families to making a connection with every client, it is an amazing feeling. To know that I can help make someone’s life easier by doing little things makes life worth living. I truly enjoy every moment with Connecting Hearts!
I feel very blessed to be working for Connecting Hearts Home Care! Not only did I learn how to become a more compassionate and successful home care assistant during my training, but I learned skills that I can use outside of my work in my daily life as well. Thank you Sue Henderson! She taught me about ethics, communication, perception and more!
Working for Connecting Hearts has been such an amazing transition from working in facilities for the last 12 years. It’s such a privilege for a family to allow you into their home and trust the care you provide. Working one on one you’re able to provide the best comfort and care. Over the years I’ve learned that your name may be forgotten but the care you provide is not.
