Home Care Story #1

Doreen* was recently released from a care facility. Her family was prevented from being there at the time. Our case manager was there to make sure that Doreen's health was correctly recorded at discharge and then helped her get settled at home, arranging for the care that she would need in the days ahead. Home Care Story #2

Charlie* has been a favorite of his team of caregivers. He looks forward to the meals they prepare for him as well as to drives in the country and excursions to the store. Meet his team and hear how they work together with the Connecting Hearts office staff to provide in home care for Charlie in the above video. (*name altered for privacy)

Reviews/Testimonials

Connecting Hearts has been caring for my mom for over a year now. The quality of the staff and the customer service has been outstanding. Sue and her team always go out of their way to meet the needs of their clients. As a next of kin that lives out of state, it is a blessing to know that the kind people at Connecting Hearts are looking after my mom. I would definitely recommend their services to those seeking in-home care for their loved ones.

Connecting Hearts is a godsend! When my mother became too frail to live by herself we moved her in with us. The dependable and compassionate caregivers provided excellent care and companionship. We were able to go to work without worrying because she was in good hands with Connecting Hearts.

— Diane H. (Google review)

In the last 6 months of 2016 Connecting Hearts (CH) was instrumental in helping care for our 94 year old dad. CH hearts provided 100 hours of coverage each week including weekdays, weekends and overnight. Care was provided by 10-15 CH different caregivers during this time and we were extremely satisfied with every one. Denise J. provided the majority of the care and my dad and his entire family absolutely loved her. Every caregiver treated our dad with loving care, dignity and respect. CH's owner was actively involved in his care and the central staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. I don't know how we would have survived during this time without their help. We strongly recommend Connecting Hearts to anyone looking for assistance in helping care for a loved one.
