I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. It’s like a huge family here. Everyone in the office is so caring and they work with you so you can have the flexibility you need to take care of personal issues.

I have been with Connecting Hearts for several months now, and what strikes me again and again about this place is how much everybody cares. Sue and Matt truly care about every single caregiver, and I’ve seen just about every caregiver go above and beyond for their clients.
I became a caregiver when I was 18 years old. I had worked for a Long Term Care facility as a CNA for a few years prior to joining Connecting Hearts because I wanted to make a change in people’s lives. My calling in this world is to be an advocate for the elder individuals
I consider taking care of the elderly and home bound a calling. Not everyone can handle this type of work. But God has clearly placed it on my heart to do this as a ministry. I enjoy working with those elder spirits that are enjoying the final days with gusto and purpose.
My motto for life has always been do for others as you would have them do for you. My heart has always felt for the young and the elder citizen. Having them trust me with their most personable issues is a feeling of pure joy and to learn of their many adventures with life.
Being a caregiver is something I believe I was born to do. There is nothing more fulfilling than being able to help someone or care for someone who cannot care for themselves.
Working for CH you’re always treated like family. Everyone is so kind and compassionate it inspires me to be the same way with my clients. I never feel as if I’m just doing my “job.” I know that as a team we are truly making a difference.
Charles has been with Connecting Hearts for several years. He is a retired dentist who came to us in 2008. Charles divides his time between Northern Kentucky and Wisconsin and is always an incredible help to us when he is in town.
